We have two return policies. One for Photography by Alice Lowe and The Lowe Collective and another for "Custom Made to Order Designs by Alice Lowe".

Return Policy for Photography by Alice Lowe and The Lowe Collective are as follows:
If you are not satisfied with your Photography by Alice Lowe or The Lowe Collective purchase, you may return it for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. The return must be shipped within 14 days of receipt of the purchase or the return will be considered void. The buyer pays for return shipping. For fashion items, it is recommended to communicate with the Seller to discuss body and garment measurements to prevent a possibe return due to fitting issues. Please note that, special-order items and items damaged are not eligible for return. Photography by Alice Lowe and The Lowe Collective include all items available for sale except for items that are created with custom made to order fabrics designed by Alice Lowe.
Return Policy for Custom Made Fabrics, Throw Pillows, and Other Items with Fabrics Designed by Alice Lowe are as follows:
All items created with fabrics "Designed by Alice Lowe" are custom printed for the individual who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock and re-sell material and custom made to order products that are returned to us. We highly recommend that you order a swatch before you purchase. Swatches are available for $6 each and can be purchased by contacting our support team through our contact page. If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it within 30 days of your purchase date. If you wish to return an order for some other reason, please know that we are happy to work with you on a case by case basis to make sure you're not stuck with fabric or any other custom made product that you cannot use and don't absolutely love.
