Sue Peyton's, the landmark Shreveport, Louisiana apparel shop, was established around the 1930’s or 40’s. The shop was known for its bridal department. Generations of local women shopped at Sue Peyton's, which helped brides-to-be from their initial fittings to the wedding day. It also sold dresses for debutantes as well as general women's apparel. The store closed around 2010.
