A gorgeous Sgraffito ceramic pitcher from the early to mid 1950’s designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi of Italy. Produced as part of the 'Seta' series and decorated in aqua and linen with gold accents. 'Seta' is the Italian word for silk. The interior is an aqua glaze.
This piece was imported to the US by Koscherak Brothers, New York "KBNY"; hence the 1534 mark on the bottom.
